Cosense LL-01 “Sentio” series Ultrasonic Point Liquid Level switches have a compact, cost effective design, which allows for convenient integration and highly reliable detection of fluid levels in equipment such as fluid storage tanks, compressors, boiler tanks, hydraulic reservoirs, chillers and more. LL-01 Tank Level indicators come with integral Microcontroller based circuitry for added ease of installation. These Fluid Level detectors are available with either ¼” NPT or ½” NPT thread and are designed to fit into small areas even where space constraints are an issue. LL-01 robust Stainless Steel sensor assemblies can be permanently integrated into OEM equipment to help insure the safe and proper processes involving fluids in systems with pressures up to 500 PSIG. There are no moving or wearable parts, thus eliminating mechanical system failure, such as broken or stuck floats, and helping to reduce the long term cost of ownership. Also, the performance of Cosense Ultrasonic sensors is not affected by dielectric or optical properties of the fluid. Cosense “Sentio” Liquid Level detection sensors are utilized in many OEM markets including Medical & Histology equipment, HVAC, Industrial Automation, Chemical Delivery systems, Waste Management and more.
