Cosense LL-100 “Pointsense” series Ultrasonic Point Liquid Level switches have a cost effective, compact design, which allows for simple integration and highly reliable detection of fluid levels in equipment such as fluid storage tanks, compressors, boiler water tanks, hydraulic reservoirs, pipelines, sewage systems and more. LL-100 Tank Level detectors come with integral electronic control units, a 115 VAC standard input and a 10 AMP DPDT control relay output. These Liquid Level detectors are available with standard 3/4” NPT thread for ease of mounting. LL-100 sensor assemblies are manufactured of rugged 316LSS and can be permanently integrated into fluid handling equipment to help insure the safe and proper monitoring of these systems with pressures up to 1000 PSIG. Cosense level sensors have no moving or wearable parts, thus eliminating mechanical system failure, such as broken or stuck float switches, and therefore helping to reduce the total cost of ownership. Also, the functionality of Cosense Ultrasonic Level sensors operates properly regardless of optical or dielectric properties of the fluid. Cosense LL-100 Liquid Level detection sensors are utilized in various applications where high level and low level alarms are required.
