Cosense LL-104 "Pointsense" series Ultrasonic Point Liquid Level sensors offer 2-wire 4 to 20 mA loop power output for Intrinsically Safe operating capability. Dependent on system requirements, you can choose from either low level or high level failsafe logic. LL-104 Level sensors are available in a compact design with integral electronics, are easy to install and are a highly reliable method of detection in many industries including Fluid & Chemical Handling, Food & Beverage, Petroleum, Pharmaceutical and Waste Water Processing. Standard mounting in 3/4'' NPT thread for simple installation with options for flange mounting available as well. Additional features are available upon request including continuous self-test and custom sensor extension lengths. LL-104 sensors are manufactured of 316LSS and can be permanently integrated into fluid handling equipment for safe and proper operation in environments up to 1000 PSIG. Cosense liquid level sensors have no moving parts, thus eliminating the chance for mechanical system failure, such as with problematic floats, and therefore helping to reduce costly down-time due to failed sensing components. Variables such as optical or dielectric properties of specific fluids do not affect the functionality of these sensors.
