Cosense LL-101 “Pointsense” series Ultrasonic Point Liquid Level sensors have a cost effective, compact design, which allows for simple installation and highly reliable detection in equipment utilized in Industries such as Chemical, Food Processing, Pharmaceutical Processing, Petrochemical, Waste Water and more. LL-101 Tank Level indicators come standard with integral electronic control units, 10 AMP DPDT control relay output and ¾” NPT thread for ease of mounting. Custom features can be ordered including self-test, sensor extension lengths, and mounting flanges. LL-101 sensor assemblies are manufactured of rugged 316LSS and can be permanently integrated into fluid handling equipment to help insure the safe and proper operation of these systems with pressures up to 1000 PSIG. Cosense fluid level sensors have no moving or wearable parts, thus eliminating mechanical system failure, such as problematic float assemblies, and therefore helping to reduce costly down time due to failed sensing components. Variables such as optical or dielectric properties of specific fluids do not affect the functionality of these sensors.
