Cosense LL-108 "Pointsense" series Ultrasonic Point Liquid Level sensors provide an ideal solution for cryogenic temperature level control and sensing applications. LL-108 Liquid Level indicators can be used with integral circuitry for temperatures down to -100 F, or witha remote electronic control module for applications as low as -400 F. Standard output is 10 Amp DPDT relay to provide for liquid level alarms with an optional 4-20 mAmp 2 wire system. 3/4'' NPT thread is available as a process connection with multiple options for flange mounting upon request. LL-108 sensors consist of 316LSS sensor probes with a low-temp rated epoxy tip. The NEMA 4/NEMA 7 watertight, explosion proof enclosures can be permanently installed in low temperature fluid handling equipment to help ensure safe and continuous operation in environments with pressures as high as 1000 PSIG (6895 kPa). LL-108 Cryogenic Level sensors are solid state with no moving parts, thus eliminating the chance for mechanical system failure, such as with float type detectors, and therefore allow fluid processing systems to operate at maximum efficiency.
