Cosense LL-394 “Pointsense” series Ultrasonic Sludge Blanket Liquid Level detectors provide a robust, highly reliable solution for liquid level sensing in thick slurries and sludge such as in waste water treatment, water softening, industrial waste supply, municipal sewage, settling tanks and more. LL-394 Sludge Level detectors come with a 120 VAC standard input and a 10 AMP DPDT control relay output. Additional input and output options are available upon request.   Integral electronics are available in applications up to 100 F. Remote electronic control modules are available for applications up to 300 F. LL-394 Sludge Level indicators are available with standard 3/4” NPT thread for simple installation or with optional mounting flanges. These sensor assemblies are manufactured of rugged 316LSS and designed so that they can be mounted vertically or horizontally without clogging from solid debris or thick sludge, thereby providing an accurate indication of fluid level. LL-394 sensors can be permanently integrated into industrial fluid handling equipment to help insure the proper and continuous monitoring of these process control systems. Cosense level switches have no moving parts, thus eliminating mechanical system failure, and therefore helping to reduce the time and cost of system maintenance.
