Cosense LL-200 “Pointsense” series Ultrasonic Multi Point Liquid Level switches offer a cost effective, compact solution, which allows for simple installation and highly reliable level detection in equipment where more than one critical point level must be detected. LL-200 Level sensors are typically utilized in applications where Automatic Fill, Automatic Empty or “High-High / High – Low / Low-Low” functions need to be controlled by the sensor. Some industries utilizing LL-200 series sensors include Beverage, Food and Pharmaceutical Processing, Distillation, Tank Car Unloading, Waste Water and more. These tank level indicators come standard with integral electronic control units, 5 AMP SPST control relay output and ¾” NPT thread for ease of mounting. Custom features can be ordered including sensor extension lengths, up to 4 points of fluid detection as well as mounting flange options. LL-200 sensor assemblies are manufactured of 316LSS and can be permanently integrated into fluid handling equipment to help insure the normal and continuous operation of these systems with pressures up to 1000 PSIG. Cosense fluid level control sensors have no moving parts, thus eliminating mechanical system failure, and therefore helping to reduce costly down time due to failed sensing components. Variables such as optical or dielectric properties of specific fluids do not affect the functionality of Cosense Ultrasonic multi-point detection sensors.
