SL-700

Cosense SL-700 series Ultrasonic Continuous Liquid Level Transmitters provide a
high precision and effective method for continuous level measurement of liquids in vessels where bubbling, foaming and turbulence may be present. SL-700 sensors are highly regarded in the Semiconductor Industry as a consistently accurate and reliable method of continuous fluid level detection of high purity chemicals being stored in Bubbler Level Tanks, Reagent Vessels, Ampoules and Supply Tanks and more. These sensors are critical components in chemical vapor deposition systems performing ALD, CVD, PVD processes, which are critical to Semiconductor Wafer fabrication. SL-700 Fluid Level indicators help to detect the exact amount extremely costly ultra-high purity chemicals such as DEAT, DMAH, TAETO, TEOS and metallic precursors, to help minimize chemical waste and maximize system throughput and profitability. Cosense liquid level detectors have no moving parts so that contamination, debris from mechanical wear and tear and the chance of physically stuck float switches are eliminated. Continuous Level transmitters are available as SL-710 bottom up through liquid or as SL-720 top down through air designs, depending on the application details.
Standard SL-700 Continuous Level detector assemblies are manufactured with 316LSS and can be permanently installed into fluid handling equipment to help insure the continuous and accurate monitoring of these systems with pressures up to 250 PSIG (1724 Kpa).
