Cosense SL-730 series non-invasive bottom up Continuous Liquid Level Transmitters allow for convenient and highly accurate monitoring of fluid level in various bottles, reagent vessels, reservoirs, small tanks, etc., for the most critical applications. SL-730 Liquid Level sensors can be easily positioned underneath the fluid vessel being monitored so that the dry coupling interface will allow Ultrasonic signal to transmit through the bottom of the container, through the liquid and reflect off the air / liquid interface. The return signal is processed electronically and converted into fluid level data, which is reported via the sensor’s RS-232 data port. SL-730 Continuous Fluid Level Detection sensors will accurately detect to +/- 0.01” (+/-0.25 mm). Color, density, dielectric constants and viscosity will not affect the proper operation of Cosense Ultrasonic liquid detectors. SL-730 sensors are available with integral circuitry for added ease of integration. For fluid vessels that are outside the standard range diameter or material, consult the factory for custom design. Cosense SL-730 Level Transmitters can utilized in many OEM markets including Lab Automation, Clinical Chemistry, Chemical Analyzers, Immunoassay, Semiconductor Processing equipment and more.
