SL-940

Cosense SL-940 series Ultrasonic Single Point Liquid Level switches provide a robust, compact and cost effective solution for the detection and measurement of fluids in vessels where bubbling, foaming and turbulence are present. Single point control for precise fluid level detection is designed to exact customer requirements. SL-940 sensors with tube-in-tube construction are utilized in the Semiconductor Industry for the most accurate and reliable level detection of high purity chemicals being stored in Ampoules, Bubbler Tanks, Reagent Vessels, Supply Tanks and more. These sensors are critical in chemical vapor deposition processes, such as ALD, CVD, PVD, which is critical to the Semiconductor Wafer fabrication process. SL-940 Liquid Level indicator determines the low level amount of extremely costly ultra-high purity chemicals such as DMAH, TAETO, DEAT, TEOS and metallic precursors, to help minimize waste and maximize system efficiency and profitability. There are no moving parts in Cosense liquid level instrumentation so that debris and contamination from mechanical wear and tear are non-existent. Also, utilization of SL-940 sensors helps to eliminate the possibility of mechanical float switches becoming stuck. Tank level gauges are available with integral or remote electronics depending on customer requirements.  Custom features can be ordered including sensor extension lengths, type of mounting including sanitary flange options and custom output configurations. SL-940 sensor assemblies are manufactured with 316LSS and can be permanently installed into fluid handling equipment to help insure the safe and continuous operation of these systems with pressures up to 250 PSIG ( 1724 KPa).  Please contact Cosense to review your application for Ultrasonic Fluid Level controls
