Non-Invasive Ultrasonic Detection of Air Bubbles, Air-in-Line, Foam and Particles flowing through tubing are reliably performed with the use of Cosense AD-101 series Air Bubble sensors for the most critical applications. To help insure the safe and proper function of a process involving fluids, these Air Bubble or Air in Line detectors are designed to exact OEM customer specifications such as tubing type and size, required sensitivity to air, input voltage, output logic, form factor and more. AD-101 sensors are compact assemblies and come with integral, Microprocessor based circuitry, which allows for simple integration in OEM instrumentation. Ultrasonic Air Bubble Detection sensors will accurately and repeatedly detect unwanted air even with fluids such as Blood, which can coat the inside of tubing lines, potentially masking air bubbles from other types of sensing technologies. Air Bubble detectors are available for 1 mm OD and larger tubing. Cosense Ultrasonic Fluid sensors are designed for various environments including those where MRI compatibility is required. Cosense AD-101 sensors are utilized in many markets including Medical Devices, Apheresis, Dialysis, Infusion Pumps, Lab Automation, Immunoassay, Blood Processing, Fluid Metering, Chemical Dispensing, and more.
