Cosense SE-601 and SE-611 series non-invasive sensors can be utilized as Air-in-Line, Dry Line, Foam Detection or Point Liquid Level indicators for flow lines and tubing typically ¼” OD up to 6” in diameter. These sensors allow for convenient and highly reliable monitoring of fluid vs air, for the most critical applications, without having to contact fluid thus eliminating concerns of contamination. Ultrasonic Air in Line sensors can be positioned at the locations to be monitored by clamping or strapping on to the outside of tubing with no break in the line required as with other invasive technologies, therefore no worries about leakage at the point of detection. These sensors can be permanently integrated into OEM equipment to help insure the safe and proper processes involving fluids. Multi-channel sensor systems are available up to 4 channels for Point Liquid Level Measurement in site glass or air column detect applications.
